In a word, "Exemplary!" When I first received the card for a free service, I was doubtful, to say the least. Free never means free and I have a service I have used for years. However, I decided to take a shot and scheduled a visit. Pre-visit follow-up was friendly and professional. Zack arrived on time; smiling and extremely personable. His work was exceptional and thorough, reviewing the service and equipment in detail with both my wife and I. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question specifically and clearly. He even explained Eco's service philosophy and marketing strategy because we were interested. Needless to say, Eco now has a new customer and we will tell others about this amazing experience.
