In a word, “Exemplary!” When I first received the card for a free service, I was doubtful, to say the least. Free never means free and I have a service I have used for years. However, I decided to take a shot and scheduled a visit. Pre-visit follow-up was friendly and professional. Zack arrived on time; smiling and extremely personable. His work was exceptional and thorough, reviewing the service and equipment in detail with both my wife and I. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question specifically and clearly. He even explained Eco’s service philosophy and marketing strategy because we were interested. Needless to say, Eco now has a new customer and we will tell others about this amazing experience.

Nick was the lead technician for the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner. He arrived on time and explained exactly what he and another installer would be doing in the removal of the old units and installation of the new units. He had estimated that the job would take 8 hours but the installation was completed a couple of hours earlier. When the job was finished he did a walk through explaining what the installation was just completed. He demonstrated the operation of the units and the new thermostat and was available to answer our questions. The debris that was created during the installation was all removed. The job looks good.
